What to input to Eventia?

• A commercial awareness.  First-hand experience as director of a small business - very aware of balance sheets.
• A bridge to the procurement culture.  A bugbear to much of the events industry but actually the backbone of my current business and approach.  I would like to bring this angle to Eventia - how we retain the events industry offer outside of the “commodity” label -  but meet the realities of procurement involvement. 
• A view on technology - I am a judge on EIBTM Worldwide Technology Watch working with the leading meetings technical  gurus for many years on this project.
