Statement

Clearly, Eventia as an association is weighted towards the meeting and incentive travel industry. Both from a company perspective and personally, I would like to see greater involvement and 'buy in' from production companies and agencies alike. This would redress the balance somewhat, enabling a stronger voice to lobby on critical and fundamental issues.

With its broad cross-section and diversity of clients, Gallowglass has often been referred to as "the barometer of the industry". This insight and overview of industry trends is potentially a valuable source of information to Eventia. If utilised correctly, it could be used to improve the overall offering of Eventia to the industry.

I believe that this diversity combined with the viewpoint of the industry from a differing perspective, would represent a major contribution to the board of Eventia.
