Our events are exhilarating, fun and carefully designed to meet your specific business needs. Sailing offers a hands-on experience in a way that is not possible in most sports. The natural networking environment onboard helps to further relationships with clients and promote internal communication. 

Teams are led by the same specialists who prepare novice crews for the famous Clipper Round the World Yacht Race, so no sailing experience is necessary.

Located in Portsmouth Harbour, UK, most of our events are sailed on the South Coast.  Although the global nature of the racing yachts means we can deliver events across cities in Europe, Australia, Asia and the Americas.

Our 12 new 70 foot yachts, the world’s newest and largest identically matched ocean racing fleet, are complemented by ten 68 foot yachts, which have circumnavigated four times. The fleet can cater from eight to 268 guests at any one time.

Sailing may be the theme but developing relationships, business opportunities and talent is at the heart of what we do.

Competing in an iconic yacht race against household names from the sailing world is an opportunity which creates a memorable experience for all your guests. Corporations regularly charter the Clipper yachts during established events such as Cowes Week or Round the Island Race.

Alternatively, hosting a companywide regatta can bring together clients and employees while they get to grips with racing one yacht, or the whole fleet.

Our proven formula typically includes a welcome breakfast and briefing from an experienced Clipper Round the World Yacht Race skipper before training commences. Lunch is served onboard, followed by an afternoon of series of races or a challenge to get teams working together. Back ashore, prize-giving and a sunset drink make for a perfect end to the day.

We combine the excitement of experiential learning with academic and business excellence, with longer programmes delivered in partnership with business schools in China, USA and the UK.

We bring together business and management theory and sailing skills to ensure lessons learned on the water are applied in the boardroom.
