The company has three divisions which can work independently or in conjunction to deliver event objectives from management through to bespoke hospitality, event staff and logistics. 

Event Trailers operates a fleet of mobile marketing units, from those ideal for roadshows and campaigns to expandable mobile locations for training, conferencing, meetings and hospitality. The team specialises in logistics, planning and supporting projects, ensuring efficient route mapping and securing regulations, licensing, permits etc with relevant authorities. 

Mobile Promotions event staff are true brand ambassadors and champions, embracing the brand personality and delivering clarity of performance and experience for all they touch, whether consumers, b2b delegates or hospitality guests. The team are always looking for the next challenge and have the flexibility and expertise to adapt at a moment’s notice to whatever the situation requires. 

Little Black Book is the meetings, hospitality, incentives and motivation division, working with clients as part of the marketing team supporting a mix of relationship building and sales revenue. The ethos is to win hearts and minds, of staff, customers and prospects through individual experiences, as well as journeys of discovery, and designed to match all our various lifestyles and specific interests. Behind the scenes of F1 fits for many, cultural voyages of discovery are for others, unearthing destination hidden gems ensures many pleasures, and post conference or meeting tastings, evenings of themed and choreographed dinners, theatre and musicals, delivers experiences for all.
