Who we are
Founded in 1994, Certain Software Inc. is a privately held corporation, headquartered in San Francisco, California. We have offices worldwide in the United States, Europe and the Pacific Rim.

We serve over 1,800 customers in 50 countries, processing more than 8 million registrations annually.
