Managing Director - Eventsforce Solutions

George was born in Athens, Greece, but moved to London at an early age where he studied Music and Cognitive psychology. Apart from an interval during which the Greek army gave him a compulsory "holiday" with the Green berets, he spent years studying and researching the human brain, publishing articles in various international scientific journals. While conducting postgraduate research into the interaction between people and technology in the workplace, George realized there was a serious gap between event planners and the technology they used to organize events. This inspired him to launch Eventsforce in 2004, simply to “make event organizers' lives better.” 

George currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Meeting Support Institute and was recently nominated into the Event Magazine Event 100 Club – the list of the event industry’s most influential people. These platforms allow him to advance the influence of the event and meeting industries, of which he is very passionate about. 

George looks to ensure event professionals are given the best physical, personal, academic and technical resources available to plan the most inspiring events, most efficiently – which he intends to spearhead as an Eventia Board Member.
