Summary of role: 

Our Project Managers work across the range of motivation, communication and event projects. Key tasks include: 

• Conducting research for the production of events and proposals
• Assisting in solution design and ideas generation
• Compiling proposals and project budgets
• Negotiating with suppliers
• Delivering against financial and service targets
• Client presentations
• Delivering projects from brief, through detailed planning to reconciliation
• Effectively communicating with clients, partners and suppliers
• Managing third party relationships and project teams, including on-site
• Consistently exceeding expectations of clients and colleagues
• Developing effective relationships with clients and partners

Our team of 60 full time and 150 part-time people deliver 700 programmes and 1000 events each year: conferences, store openings, sales incentives, recognition schemes, team building, away days and other leadership development programmes.

We have 350 clients; including 57 of the Times Top 100 companies. 80% of our business is repeated from the same clients and 50% of our new business is referred to us by our clients and guests.
