This position reports into the Director of MICE Sales UK & Ireland

With Rezidor’s continued growth of portfolio within the EMEA and an aggressive revenue strategy for the MICE segment, we need a strong individual to join our Global MICE Sales Team in the UK. The new position is to develop new and existing business with Agents within the MICE sector, while promoting our leading brands and meeting facilities worldwide.

The key objectives of the role are...

• To manage key accounts and develop prospect accounts in the MICE Agent sector 
• To generate MICE related enquiries for Rezidor’s hotels within the EMEA, alongside Carlson Hotels Worldwide, with a key focus on UK hotel revenues 
• To support the conversion of leads by working closely with the UK groups desk 
• To find new business with a strategic and aggressive approach 
• To deliver a proactive field sales approach while working closely with our hotels 
• To continue to position Rezidor’s brands as market leaders in this sector
  
  The position is home based and will ideally be in the Midlands area, but is flexible for the right applicant. We are looking for candidates with hotel or agency backgrounds with tangible experience, who are able to create solid relationships within this sector and generate high volumes of leads. Must be results oriented, a strong team player and have a genuine Yes I Can attitude.
