Position title: Events & Exhibitions Executive
Department: Marketing
Reporting to: Events & Exhibitions Manager
To assist in the management and delivery of all London & Partners exhibitions and events.
•Help manage and build effective relationships with external suppliers
•Help deliver events to agreed budgets as per your line manager
•Research suitability of current and new suppliers
•Assist in venue searches for specific events
•Help ensure effective communication and briefing of all internal teams, pre, post and onsite at each event
•Assist with external communication with our partners and stakeholders
•Work with the financial team to ensure all process and procedures are adhered to including purchase order and invoicing
•Assist in all event administrative tasks, including collating guestlists, placing event orders, producing event badges etc.
•Help source event suppliers
•Liaise with internal teams to ensure that all pre-show activity is maximised via the Events and Exhibitions team
•Provide onsite assistance at events
•Attend venue site visits with Event Solutions team on a regular basis to ensure breadth of knowledge on London venues
