Our second day is focused on brands communication and we are honoured to have sessions from Google and Mary Jo Jacobi – a leading reputation and brand strategist who devised and delivered HSBC's reâ€branding as “The World’s Local Bank”, led Shell's reputation management activities globally during a period of extreme crisis and was a senior advisor to two American Presidents.
