Following the hugely popular Winter Networking held at Abbey Road Studios in January last year, Eventia are pleased to announce their 2012 Winter networking event in association with the Canadian Tourism Commission and Travel Alberta, where this time we will be celebrating 100 years of the Calgary Stampede.
As well as the opportunity for members and non-members from across the industry to mix and network together at the Worx, London’s leading contemporary studio complex in Chelsea, they can also benefit from an Eventia ‘How to...’ session. Aptly titled 'App Attack' this session, led by Peter Donnelly of Active Network Events, will talk about apps specifically for the events sector: what you can do with them; how they can make your business stand out; what to consider when thinking about creating one and future trends and innovations.
Tracy Johnson, Eventia Marketing Services Director, commented, ‘We are delighted to be working with our annual marketing partners the Canadian Tourism Commission and Travel Alberta to bring our members a very different networking event to mark the 100th anniversary of the Calgary Stampede. This will be a fun event with great networking and a very ‘apt’ educational opportunity.’
